How to Start a Return or Exchange

In your email, be sure to include:

• Your order number
• Photos clearly showing the issue

Our team will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible with the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

We aim to make returns as simple and fair as possible.

We cover return shipping costs ONLY IF:

• The item is defective
• The wrong product was sent
• There’s a size mismatch caused by incorrect labeling on our end

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs IF:

• They change their mind about the item
• They ordered the wrong size but sizing information was accurate
• They want to exchange for a different color or style

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Custom or final sale items are non-refundable
